Dr. Chris A. Miles graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. Chris has been a diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners specializing in canine and feline practice since 2006.

Her professional interests include both general and orthopedic surgery and endoscopy, with a special emphasis on minimally invasive surgery such as arthroscopy, laparoscopy and thoracoscopy. (For more information on these procedures,

Dr. Stephanie G. Monk graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001 and moved to Maine the same year. She lives in Ellsworth with her husband, Andrew, and has a Yellow Lab named Emma, a Jack Russell Terrier named Sprocket, and three cats: Decker, Newton and Simon.

Her professional interests include ultrasound and internal medicine, with a special interest in oncology. (For more information on these procedures, click here.)

Darby has been a licensed veterinary technician since 1994. She lives in Holden with her husband and two children, along with a Yellow Lab named Mazie and a horse named Comet.

Her professional interests include chemotherapy and ultrasound.

Tanya has worked in the veterinary industry for 18 years and is a member of several professional veterinary management groups.

Her pets are Joe the dog, Margaret, Maudie and Pumpkin the cats, Emmie and Cricket the birds and George the rabbit.

Tonya has been a licensed veterinary technician since 2003. She and her husband live in Hermon with two cats, Nigel and Kaiden, both adopted through the clinic.

Her professional interests include advanced anesthesia, endoscopy and critical care.

Sharon has worked in veterinary medicine since 2002, becoming a licensed veterinary technician in June 2006. She and her son, Nicholas, live in Holden with Allie, a St. Bernard, and four cats: Fenway, Brady, Kobe and Mackie.

Her professional interests include anesthesia, dental health and nursing care.

Karen has worked in the veterinary field since 1988, moving from Pennsylvania to Maine in 2004. She and her husband live in Hermon with more pets than she cares to admit.

Her professional interests as a veterinary assistant include canine behavior and training.
